It wasn't so long ago that I was where you are now and I know what it feels like to want to feel better. I have struggled many times with overwhelm, exhaustion and burnout.  I also used to be almost 50 lbs heavier because I used food to bury my grief and sadness. I was REALLY unhappy. But, I started to FINALLY prioritize myself, and I finally saw dramatic change AND life a life I LOVE!!

I became a Certified Personal Trainer, Board Certified Health Coach (NBHWC) and a Certified Life Coach so I could help other women realize that they too can THRIVE and not just survive.

I can help you find your path to happiness through small, sustainable steps. Take a chance on yourself...it will be worth it!
